[Resolved] Gaana.com — auto renewal of service without prior notification and no option to cancel subscription | |||
I subscribed the gaana.com service via a coupon a got on Uber, unfortunately the service has been auto-renewed without giving me any prior notification (transaction ID-1wysui_q1ukxc) and I cannot find the option to cancel my subscription. I would like to get a full refund of the amount that has been deducted from my account and the cancellation of the auto-renewal. Same issue with me as well. They are not allowing customers to edit payment option and keeping all details with them.
