Gaana.com — Auto Renewed and deducted money without my permission

Hi,

Gaana.com auto-renewed and debited money even if I informed them not to do so. The 'disable auto-renew was not working and I inform Gaana regarding this on [protected]@gaana.com. They didn't give any proper response and deduced money without permission.
