[Resolved] Gaana.com — Cancelled the renewal but money deducted

I had cancelled my membership with gaana.com 5 days before it's expiry and still gaana.com has deducted my money on date of renewal. I had a clear message from gaana on 25th December that your auto renewal is successfully cancelled, yet they deducted on 30th December. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Dec 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I raised the concern on social media along with Indian cyber cell. Since they were at fault, they replied with refund promise within 10 days Gaana.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
