[Resolved] Gaana.com — gaana.com charging card without authorization

Gaana.com has made an unauthorized charge of rs. 399/- to my credit card even when no direct purchase was ever made with the card on gaana.com. The charge was also done without pin/otp as prescribed by rbi and hence in violation.

How gaana.com got hold of the card details and have gone ahead and charged without authorization appears fraudulent.

This amounts to fraud and gaana.com should give up such dubious ways of forcefully extracting money from people before it loses their trust and is no longer their choice of service provider.

The company has not responded nor taken any steps to reverse the charge so far.

You can refer to the attached screenshot for your reference and the same screens are visible to the users before and while adding the card details
