[Resolved] Gaana.com — I cannot listen to my downloaded songs. | |||
I am a subscriber to gaana.com through their paid service. As per the agreement subscriber are allowed to to download the songs to their devices. However when i am traveling or when i am poor on network i cannot even listen to my downloaded songs. Message comes stating that the application couldn't recognise the song and it will download the song when i am in good network coverage. This is really frustrating. My subscription is not working but it’s a complaint against your subscription as well as your customer help desk. It’s been 2 days I’m waiting for 1 message. Vaibhav been your agent didn’t even bother to reply the whole time. Just ignored my messages. I need someone to help.
