[Resolved] Gaana.com — I'm complaining about subscription plan

Actually i had purchased a plan of 499 a year plan regarding subscription but few days before after updating gaana app its say that try to purchase the gaana subscription plan... This is totally disgusting... My plan was about to expire on oct. 2019 but right now it states that try to purchase subscription plan... Even i also email to gaana whose executives say that there is no such plan on email id... But this is completely false... I also attached a screenshot of subscription plan... Jan 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Co. has provided me the details to log in with the mobile no. where my subscription is activated Gaana.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I wish to remove my subscriptions from gaana.com but these is no options to do soo and I fear my account will get auto renewed.

I have written to gaana.com on [protected]@gaana.com for the of my subscription but they have not even bothered to reply the query
