[Resolved] Gaana.com — Monthly subscription of gaana+

Last month on 26 th February, 2017 i have subscribed one month gaana+ at Rs.99/- . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 26.03.2017 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent.

Sorry for the trouble you had with the app.
Paytm one month plan has an auto renewal feature which is mentioned in the Gaana payment page.
