[Resolved] Gaana.com — my account is being automatically renewed without my permission with paytm, kindly help me in cancelling the transaction and return my money

Today at night a message was received that my ganna subscription is being automatically renewed and was without my permission and I have not been agreed with auto renewal, kindly cancel my ganna plus subscription and return my money and please stop auto renewal.I think that you should ask me without doing renewal and should wait for my permission.

This is to apprise you that to make everything transparent for our users we have clearly mentioned on the payment page as well as the payment confirmation receipt that the subscription will auto-renew itself.

It's disheartening to know that you want to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. It would be really helpful if you can please share the reason for this so that we can try to improve your experience.
