[Resolved] Gaana.com — My subscription for three months

On 1st April 2017 I made gana subscription for three months of amount rs.297, but it was displayed as 3d access denied and subscription failed but amount of rs.297 was deducted from my Kotak credit card. I called Kotak customer care, they said it is approved and reference number is 466170. So kindly continue my subscription for three months. Number is [protected]

After subscribed Rs. 99/- for one month & Rs. 297/- for Three month there is not activate and not playing song offline. below confirmation mail received
