[Resolved] Gaana.com — non providing them downloading

I purchased the gaana plus on monthly basis only to downloading bajan of rahaul chaudary 87 bajan shown in the list but i cannot download the single bajan. I requested to please tell one time charges and send me pen drive. I ready to pay any amount. I very fan of rahaul chadury krishna bajan. But neither the tell the amount not allowed to download thebajan it is monopoly of any company which not fair in the democracy

As our music is exclusively provided by the label and are restricted only within the app, it cannot be transferred to pen drive etc.
