Sir/ madam, i have paid rs99/- two times for one month subscription on 29.04.2019. I have requested for refund of one amount rs99/- which was excess paid /deducted from my credit card. I wrote nearly 22 mails no action has been taken by your team to refund the amount. They wrote that two times amount received but want account number for refund. I wrote let them close all my accounts and refund. Meaning less replies are being received from your team.
