Gaana.com — Subscription Charged without any intimation

I got charged by Gaana.com for Rs. 499 annual subscriptions without any intimation or consent. I have sent them two emails in this regard but no reply as of now. I don't need this subscription and I want a full refund for the service that I don't use. Sharing some screenshots for the reference
