[Resolved] Gaana.com — subscription charges

I was offeed the free membership for 30 days as i am the member of airtel thanks but after expiry of the free membership period i have been charged rupees 399 for annual subscription. And i don't want the annual subscription i request you to please arrange to get the same refunded refunded. We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern Please note that you redeem the coupon on 19th jan 2020 and at that time it was on auto renewal due to which we charged the amount. Please find attached page which appears on the screen when you was redeeming code. Also, this is an authorized transaction.We suggest you to enjoy your current subscription as it is already credited in your account. Also, we have cancelled your auto-renewal.
