You don't give offer benifit to your regular user. I was using your subscription since 2014 but i naver get offered any discount like you used to give me at starting month and thats why i left you in this year. Have some discount polycies for old user. There is a suggestion for you hat please update your category regularly. your gana special category were not even rearranged ever.
