I, tanmoy mitra, subscribed to gaana plus pack for 12 months for rs 499. 1st transaction didn't result in successful subscription. I then tried 2nd time on the same day 17 may 2019 from my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. This time it was successful. I waited for the refund of extra 499 rupees amount for 10 days or so.. Kindly remedy my situation at the earliest.
