Gaana.com — Two accounts created while renewal subscription, wrong one got renewed, need to transfer subscription

Sir/Madam,
I am Pavan Kumar, i have been a gaana plus member since a long time. Today I was renewing my account subscription, but I don't know what happened but when I tried to login a new account was created using my phone number and as I wasn't aware of it, I renewed the subscription.
Kindly transfer my subscription to my original account please... I have my personal music playlist in it and also have earned as much as 20k plus coins .
I need music to get off stress and it gives me a lot of relief in my life. Please do something about it. I will list out my account details, please either overlap those accounts or transfer my subscription or something that you can do it.
