They have charged rs.399 for a subscription themselves and didn't even take permission from me. I haven't used the app. I even reached to their chat support and they just denied it. I want my money back. And even according to their own policies, they don't charge the auto renewal from credit card. I want my money back. Verified Support Jun 17, 2019 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Dear User, Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with us. We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern We do understand your concern regarding the auto-renewal. Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS". But, in your case it was ticked, and a complete authorization from your end to active the auto-renewal. However, we have now removed the auto-renewal and no further payment will be deducted. I paid Rs99 for Above mentioned subscription but they got money concern plan is not activated in the App. either i need that plan or else they have to refund the money back ([protected]) registered mobile number

I am unable to download songs whenever I click on download it shows still the watch symbol for very long time and never gets downloaded. And when I click on the same it shows 'do you want to remove the song from download queue'for the same song &iam a gaana plus subscriber
