Gaana.com — Unethical behavior

I purchased a mobile online and I have received a Gaana.com subscription.
I had paid 1 rs via PhonePe android app to gaana.com on 29 Dec 2021, and I am not aware that they have set autopay from gaana.com. I canceled autopay from gaana.com in January 2022.
As I am not able to delete autopay settings I requested to cancel autopay to PhonePe, but they said the merchant needs to cancelremove autopay from their end. From both side PhonePe and Gaana.com, no one is responding to my queries.
For the last one week, I was struggling between the two companies.
Recently I had received an email from gaana.com that amount was deducted on 27th June 2022, when I asked them to cancel my subscription they refund the amount back.
But they still not deactivating or deleting my autopay. They will take money from backed without my consent.

Please Help.
