I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 1 month free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 599 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money. Was this information helpful? |
