I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 1 month free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 599 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money....

I used to use Gaana ap for listening to bhajans and songs. suddenly they blocked and asked for Rs.1 for removal of block. I paid through google pay. It was for a month. I did not have a knowledge of automatic renewal plan. suddenly on the due date after a month deducted from my account under upi[protected] Rs.299/- while complaining and asking for refund they are mentioning about T & C I never read that at all. This was of cheating by app automatic receiving to be stopped. Please help me to refund the amount. I do not require any annual subscription. It is not easy for a common person to know about all these automated app subscriptions. I am also one.

Renewed without notice and consent after trial

Gaana didn't notify on the trial completion and deducted the subscription amount via any prior notice or consent from my end.
I would like the subscription be cancelled and the amount refunded at the earliest possible.

Gaana Spam and no OPT-OUT in their emails

Gaana spams me although I NEVER subscribed or downloaded or used their app for even one second. They don’t give an OPT-OUT or Unsubscribe link/option in their messages on purpose. And you reach their support only between 9am and 7.30pm on weekdays!! (While they can spam 24 hours!) Also, what time zone?! GMT? IST?
Also, Consumercomplaints.in says Gaana are good at resolving complaints but show that they only resolved 244 out of 541 complaints. That is not good by any measure! Please correct that, thank you.

Regarding automatic amount deducted from Paytm postpaid without permission

I'm Akshay today I have received a message from Paytm postpaid rs.399 deducted from my account without any permission. I don't want to renew my Gaana plus. I didn't done any payment through Paytm postpaid. That was very fraud behaviour from Gaana.com.
I want my full refunded.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Requisition to stop auto renewal
I have renewed my subscription manually on 20.11.2021 using my credit card. But still date you continuously trying for auto renewal. As I am not keeping balance in my account auto renewal got failed.
As I have already subscribed, I request you to stop auto renewal. I have already stopped it in the app. Please do the needful.

App isn't working
Hi teams Gaana.
I used Gaana with yearly subscription plan & my maximum playlist tracks on Gaana. Never faced any issue before, now after opening Gaana app, app automatically disappear in just 2 sec. Some time I really want to listen music but after facing this problem I think it's not possible for me..please resolve this issue for my greater experience with you and teams.

Regarding failed subscription auto renewal mails

Even after successful subscription renewal of gaana, I am receiving mails reg failure of auto renewal gaana subscription attempts, indeed I didn't even set-up auto renewal for subscription. Kindly make sure not to send such mails further without proper verification or check.

paid but didn't get services
I purchased a subscription of gaana plus on may6 2019. After one month it asked me to login again and showed me a popup of subscribe gaana for one month for free then i restored my purchase cause there was an option and after sometime i got a msg of receipt expired. I tried a lot to contact and get back my purchase but i was failed to get. I hope now i can get my subscription back or my money back.

the songs are getting stopped in between
Yesterday (7 september, 2019) i've subscribed for one year gaana plan.. But just after the subscription when i played a song it gets stopped in between.. I've played more than 10 songs all of them have been stopped in middle.. When i try to resume it, it get starts from beginning.. I'm also not getting proper answer from the customer care service, please solve this problem asap

multiple subscription message in gaana app
I had subscribed to ganaa on 17th march for 1 year. After a week i got message in ganaa app that my subscription has expired. I forgot about my subscription done on 17th march and agaon subscribed on 25th march. My complaint is that is ganaa cheating customers by taking advantage of their forgetfullness? Another thing is that all my saved playlist are gone from ganaa. This is weird and fraudulent.

Dear gaana customer service,
I have wonderfully signed in your great site using my gmail account. Yet unfortunately, one faithful say, that account got deleted. Now if i log out even once, all my pasion, work, effort, memories (Favorites, playlists, albums, radios, etc) will be lost forever. I did make another gmail account and logged in again using it, but the work done in my previous account is not synced with it. The original one is still logged in my phone. This is not a complaint thougj, but a desperate cry for help.
