[Resolved] Gaana.com — charged money 399 without any notification | |||
Hi, gaana team charged the amount 399 rs. On 12th jan 2020. Without any advance renewal notification, there is no unsubscribe link in there app or website. Even i don't know how to turn off the renewal. I dont know how to remove my card for future auto renewal. Gaana them just saying enjoy your current subscription. I send several emails to turn off the renewal for next year but they replying just "enjoy your current subscription". What is this thy are stealing money. I just want to remove my credit card and dont want to deduct my money next year. Was this information helpful? | |||
