[Resolved] GABA — Poor customer service | |||
I bought a mobile LAVA IRIS X1 ATOM on 12.10.2015. after 2 days (14.10.2015)The mobile got hanged, charging problem, display gone, sudden restart, my contacts got deleted, gallery is not opening. i went to the mylapore R.K mutt road showroom to complain . but they said take it to the service center. it is been just 2 days since i bought my mobile. but they did not even response to take my mobile. i went and gave it today for replacement . they said they will check and let me know . whether it should be replaced are not. I am up with poorvika mobiles and customer service. all i need is a replacement apart from that no compromise Was this information helpful? | |||
