I had ordered SONY 10000 mAh powerbank from Gajabo by placing an order on 30.01.2016 and pre-paid for the order. I inquired about my product by writing to the communications section of their portal, mailed separately to their support but they never replied. No response came till 8.02.2016 and then i inquired about Gajabo just to find that they are the **** e-shopping portal and deliver fake/cheap products and should not be trusted. That very moment i called them to cancel my order (the product was not shipped till that date). The Gajabo support asked me to write a mail to their support for cancellation. I did that but they never replied their confirmation.
Despite cancelling my order on 8.02.2016, today i received the product and as apprehended, the product a cheap, duplicate product which wont charge for more than 10 mins. This is sheer harassing the innocent customers. They purposely ask us to prepay for the order so that they have the upper hand and then they could get away with by send fake products.
Now when i called Gajabo again, to return my product, they again asked me to write the mail to support on their communication portal, i have done that but as per they history, i doubt they will ever respond and i will be left with this useless piece of ****. I have been fooled and cheated in broad daylight. Gajabo cheated.
In my future i would never ever trust Gajabo and wont let my family or friends buy anything from this Gajao.
