I ordered a mobile from goshoppo express but i got wrong and refuse mobile which is of cheap quality.. I want to return the product but getting no response from their side.. Order no. Gs81809. Please make changes. Have mailed 3 times have not got reponse to the mail. On the website product was different and the product the i got was completely different.

My name is sunny i had ordered a casio watch order id 5709 on 25 may 2016, my seller "balaji shoppe" called me and requested me to pay online and not cod he assured me he will ship it within 1-2 days, so i paid up through my credit card order got placed amount got deducted and i was hoping that he will ship it soon 1 week went by nothing happened i called up gajabo customer service
At[protected] listed on their site, to my shock no is already out of service, i mailed gajabo no response i tried calling mailing the seller (Kabir) balaji shoppe at [protected]@rediffmail.com and mobile [protected] at least 50 times uptil now but no response yet they have eaten up my money of 2000 rupees, i have lost my hopes now i have been fraud n looted by a scam called gajabo.com plz stay away

I purchased form this site and paid rs.2599 to them via debit card. After few days my order got cancelled due to non availability by seller and since them i am consistently asking for refund but they are not returning my money. It has been almost 2 months but i have not received my money. They never replied to my mails and now their phone number is also out of service. Plz help me get my money back and take strict action against this fake...

Hi I bought Sony 10000mah power bank which i haven't got Gajabo order number is 5698 i paid through net banking and ordered on 15th May they haven't sent it.
i paid the amount and i haven't got it i called their help desk but they say order hasnt dispatched yet due to more number of order but that was a lie.

i called them several times from my mobile but they have blocked my number

This is to tell you that i had earlier complained about this company for not cancelling my order and refunding my money after which the order was cancelled by them because not fulfilled by seller and not in respect to my plea. The order was cancelled on 26/04/2016 and i recieved message that order no 5473 has been cancelled as not fulfilled by seller and refund has been processed successfully but till date the amount paid by me has not been refunded. Whenever i call the customer care, they only make silly excuses and linger me. My sincere request to consumer forum is to please help me get my money back and also to take appropriate action against the company so that no other person gets affected by it. Kindly give attention to my request and take appropriate action against the company.

I had ordered a sunglass worth Rs.2599 and paid the amount via debit card/bank account on 12/04/2016. Four days had passed but the order was not being processed so i cancelled it and requested for refund of the amount paid by sending an e-mail on their given address([protected]@gajabo.com) but it is not being cancelled by the seller nor the money being refunded instead they started processing my order after my cancellation and is still processing till date. I have made several attempts by calling on the given phone number but they are only delaying by giving excuses. Please help me in getting my money back. Thank You.

I had ordered a "Tommy Hilfiger Mens Wallet Combo with Aviator Sunglass & Polo Club Watch" from Gajabo( order no #5329) and paid rs 449/- for the same while shopping through credit card on 15th March 2016. The amount was promptly deducted from my credit card account. However, despite repeated mails, calls there was no communication from Gajabo regarding my product. Every e-mail went without a response. Phone calls was answered once in ten times and the stock reply was the seller is arranging for the product. I finally decided to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order on their site. Only way is to send an email or call customer care as informed by the call operator. Again there was no reply from Gajabo confirming the cancellation. My order on the website still lists my order and is not cancelled. As of today, I have neither received my order nor the refund.
I want my money back. This site is a total scam to gather money from gullible customers. Their modus operandi is to take the order, your money and become incommunicado. Please DONT buy from Gajabo and educate everyone online from desisting from buying from this fraud portal.

I bought it for rs.2, 895 (Ordered on 11.11.2015 and received on 15.11.2015. It was not mentioned any where in the details that it's replica.
I was going out of town so, ordered it to my friends address.
Got the watch, he told me it's a fake one, not original. I called gajabo support

As they have mentioned 10 days free return ( image no. 6 on attachment), so lady told me it would be returned and i'll receive a call from their end. But i didn't received any call.
After that i called again, this time some one picked up and told me that it's a genuine product( i told him it doesn't have blue hologram that every casio watch always have) he tried too pacify me it's made in different country that's why it looks like this.
After some time they provided me another number (Lost that as phone was damaged and it was not saved
Anywhere else) it was of mr rakesh who first responded my email only for one time. I called him, he told me it's a genuine product and all those stuff. He told me if there is any problem with functionality of watch he'll get that replaced. I told him problem that every-time i set the time on watch and keep it box, after 1 or days days when i check it's late every time, ( it's true).
So, he asked for images of product to make sure it's in good shape and confirmed if i have that plastic as well which was stick to watch to protect from scratches in box, i send them, because i didn't used that watch so it was just as it was when i received.
(He might have thought that i would have used it, but i didn't ) after that he also stopped responding my call or email.

I'm surprised how they ignored me(A customer), kept promising to deliver the service.
I may have recordings of few calls( iff needed).
I know it's been too long but never denied me, they kept promising false things. That's what forcing me to take an action so that they should not be able to fool any other customer.
I have seen my friends returning their products to flipkart and amazon, they got service they were promised.

I ordered this watch as it was mentioned there is 10 days return policy and there was no astrix sign or anything for terms and conditions..
I did ordered after i was promised that this product would be returned when i first call their support.
Which as supposed to be delivered in 5 days and was not arrived in even 15 days.(That got cancelled)

I want just this order to be returned and get my money back so that these guys could learn lesson that, e-commerce is to make dealing easier for client and company not to fool the clients.

Please help me.

I had ordered SONY 10000 mAh powerbank from Gajabo by placing an order on 30.01.2016 and pre-paid for the order. I inquired about my product by writing to the communications section of their portal, mailed separately to their support but they never replied. No response came till 8.02.2016 and then i inquired about Gajabo just to find that they are the **** e-shopping portal and deliver fake/cheap products and should not be trusted. That very moment i called them to cancel my order (the product was not shipped till that date). The Gajabo support asked me to write a mail to their support for cancellation. I did that but they never replied their confirmation.

Despite cancelling my order on 8.02.2016, today i received the product and as apprehended, the product a cheap, duplicate product which wont charge for more than 10 mins. This is sheer harassing the innocent customers. They purposely ask us to prepay for the order so that they have the upper hand and then they could get away with by send fake products.

Now when i called Gajabo again, to return my product, they again asked me to write the mail to support on their communication portal, i have done that but as per they history, i doubt they will ever respond and i will be left with this useless piece of ****. I have been fooled and cheated in broad daylight. Gajabo cheated.

In my future i would never ever trust Gajabo and wont let my family or friends buy anything from this Gajao.

I had ordered a Watch from Gajabo.com with order # 2916 on Sat 9/26/2015 9:55 AM. It was delivered to me on Sat 10/3/2015 11:45 AM. After day or two use I found that the watch is fake and dose not have any batch number or any valid serial # that proves its Casio Product. Hence I asked for Refund or Replacement with genuine product. There is person called Rakesh who assured me that Product will be replaced and will arrange the return Pick up. Its been 4 months now they are not replying to my email or call last time their customer service head assured me that my complaint will be address with in 48 hours I contacted them via email Thu 12/31/2015 3:35 AM till now no call or no email. I want these cheaters to punished since they are running a scam website by showing flowery offers to the customers and making a fraud sale. Please find the attach screen shots of the emails.

I have several complaints sent to Gajabo on record that demand a refund . They have pushed and shoved the issue of my complaint for 4 months now. I purchased 3 perfumes from them and paid Rs 4500 online. They claimed 80% discount on the site. But on receiving them i realized they were cheap duplicates. One just had colored water. After two months of chasing them -they promised to pick up and get my money from the supplier and dint. But they never showed up no matter what. Then they promised to refund without return .Send me a letter asking me to share bank details which i did but it is a month since then and they have not credited my money to the account. I have done my own research with limited resources - this is what i found . This company is owned by a fraudulent Indian called Rishi something, who lives and works out of Singapore. He has one small office operating somewhere out of mumbai which has one Rakesh Yadav who is complete party to this racket. They are cheating Indian consumers online. They probably procure duplicates from Thailand and other local markets in the far east and offer them online in India duping people by stating 60-80% sale. I need to expose this Fraud to all.

GAJABO.com is a scam!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! I have lost my money to them. I have been asking them for refund for my purchase, but they are not interested in resolving the complaints. They kept telling me to call on next day and have been making excuses just to escape. I have mailed them and phoned them atleast 10 times now. I have no hopegetting the refund. But i want to spread the word that do not buy anything from GAJABO.com. They are running a website full of fake items. Please DO NOT BUY FROM GAJABO!!!

I have Order on 16.10.2015 and it has been not delivered within the period, So i have cancel the order on 02.11.2015, the amount has been not yet received, i have called them many time but there is no respond from there end. Customer Care Executive name Neha Sharma she is telling you have to wait for more two days when i ever call them, i am totally frustrated with their service, i request you kindly look into the issue.

I have placed to Gajabo.com a order #1954 on 05/06/15 of Rs 1018/- paid by my sbi debit card in express delivery mode which they have committed to delivered within 5days at my shipping address. But after a long 27 days I've yet not received that order.

I have already send two times emails about the same matter but they did not replied. I have contact Gajabo customer service by phone several times and every occasion the customer service told me that product will be delivered in few days. but yet not the order is delivered to me.

Please do the needful and bound Gajabo.com to delivered my order #1954 immediately to my shipping address.
