I had ordered a "Tommy Hilfiger Mens Wallet Combo with Aviator Sunglass & Polo Club Watch" from Gajabo( order no #5329) and paid rs 449/- for the same while shopping through credit card on 15th March 2016. The amount was promptly deducted from my credit card account. However, despite repeated mails, calls there was no communication from Gajabo regarding my product. Every e-mail went without a response. Phone calls was answered once in ten times and the stock reply was the seller is arranging for the product. I finally decided to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel an order on their site. Only way is to send an email or call customer care as informed by the call operator. Again there was no reply from Gajabo confirming the cancellation. My order on the website still lists my order and is not cancelled. As of today, I have neither received my order nor the refund.
I want my money back. This site is a total scam to gather money from gullible customers. Their modus operandi is to take the order, your money and become incommunicado. Please DONT buy from Gajabo and educate everyone online from desisting from buying from this fraud portal.

Not delivered my product and not returning money
I placed order on gajabo.com order no. 5599 after 45 days my order not delivered i call to customer care for delivered my order or return my money but till now my order not deliverd. and customer care not received my call.this companny totally fraud
