This is to tell you that i had earlier complained about this company for not cancelling my order and refunding my money after which the order was cancelled by them because not fulfilled by seller and not in respect to my plea. The order was cancelled on 26/04/2016 and i recieved message that order no 5473 has been cancelled as not fulfilled by seller and refund has been processed successfully but till date the amount paid by me has not been refunded. Whenever i call the customer care, they only make silly excuses and linger me. My sincere request to consumer forum is to please help me get my money back and also to take appropriate action against the company so that no other person gets affected by it. Kindly give attention to my request and take appropriate action against the company.
