Gajabo.com — Not returning my money

I purchased form this site and paid rs.2599 to them via debit card. After few days my order got cancelled due to non availability by seller and since them i am consistently asking for refund but they are not returning my money. It has been almost 2 months but i have not received my money. They never replied to my mails and now their phone number is also out of service. Plz help me get my money back and take strict action against this fake site.

I purchased watch on 21/10/2016, 09:01 PM). Today it is 06/12/2016.

Till now my watch is not delivered and not responding for email. When i tried calling on customer care number, it is saying invalid number.
