Gajabo.com — Sunglass neither delivered nor has the amount been refunded | |||||
I had ordered a sunglass worth Rs.2599 and paid the amount via debit card/bank account on 12/04/2016. Four days had passed but the order was not being processed so i cancelled it and requested for refund of the amount paid by sending an e-mail on their given address([protected]@gajabo.com) but it is not being cancelled by the seller nor the money being refunded instead they started processing my order after my cancellation and is still processing till date. I have made several attempts by calling on the given phone number but they are only delaying by giving excuses. Please help me in getting my money back. Thank You. No action is being by taken by gajabo and they are not returning my money. Now they are not even contactable. Consumer forum please take strict action against this company and help me get refunded and provide justice.
