Gajabo — Received a damaged watch not being replaced by company

Hi myself Krishnakant Katariya. I want to file a complaint against an e-commerce website gajabo.com I bought a watch (casio edifice) worth Rs. 4555/- from www.gajabo.com. When the product was delivered to me I found the watch is damaged and not in a usable condition. It's chain is broken at two points and a scratch on glass.So I mailed them about the damaged product and asked for a return. Next day I received a mail seeking for images of damaged watch which I mailed them immediately. Since then I didn't get any reply of my mail. Now on calling on their customer support number several times they asked me to wait then at the end they told me that my claim has been rejected and I will receive a mail about rejection of my claim which I have not received yet. Now I have been trying to contact on their customer support for last 3-4 days but nobody is answering my phone. I feel like cheated and It has been 15 days I am suffering this mental harassment.
