Given wrong product and not responding to exchange or refund.
I ordered the sweat slim belt. Company sent me wrong size. I'm trying to reach out to the company over phone but they are not taking my call. Also i have tried to call the customer care number [protected]/ [protected] and they said that you will get replacement. But since last four months dates are extended and false promises are given. Till today no replacement or refund given.

I order sweat slim belt on 29 jule 2018, of rupees 1590-/and after two days use its stitching will pull (Khichna) out and the whole belt is useless and very bad product and i complained 3 times but no response were given. There service response was very bad and the belt was useless and i was totally disappointed from this product and totally money waste product.

Dear sir/ madam,

Yesterday i have ordered a sweat slim belt from your telemarketing in the name of mr. Karthikeyan ([protected]) & today i have received your goods, in that time of delivery i was not there in my home, but in this i got one xxl and one 3 xl in your box which is not my size, my size is only xl. Then your person have charged an additional charges of rs. 90 from my parents.

In stud of rs 1590 + 300 he have charged me 1590 + 390. For this i have asked your team also but he told me it is service charge. I want a proper invoice prize and proper size (Xl) for my goods.

I need your immediate action on this. If it is not i have to take an necessarily action against you.

I have got the wrong goods on 3rd november and i have send many mails but no use. I have called mr. Aravind whose working in that company but he replied that he is not working with that company.

I need a clarification on this.

Sir i have purchased sweat slim belt from jain enterprises after watching it's advertisement and the item supplied to me is bigger in size. My item is not being replaced for last 15 days and i have many times tried on company call no [protected]& [protected] but they are not picking up phone and there is no other way to get the problem sorted out. Pls do the needful at the earliest and u can call me on [protected]

The slim belt after seeing add in the tv, they have booked order and sent the belts on 24.07.2017 at my address municipal chowk chapra - 841301 without asking the sizes. When i asked for the sizes they said i may check and inform at the number of courier /distributor they will come and change the same. After talking so many times to the distributor, nobody came to change the same. The quality of belt is so poor. After wearing six-seven times it is almost torn out. Kindly take some favourable action to replace the same. My mobile number-[protected]

I have given order on 14th july 2017 for 1+1 free of slim belt after seeing advtg.in the tv, they have booked order and sent the belts on 15th july 2017 at my office not confirming the sizes, used only 2 times gone for toss attached photo of product, company is cheating consumers, if company sees this message, refund money or exchange with new one.

With inform to you that I Raj Singh Rawat received your sweet slim belt on 21/02/17 but these belts are not fit for me XXXL.I want only XXL both.I was complaint your customer care [protected] but they was not send me last two months and I was complaint to consumer forum complaint no 207737. So I inform to you, you take action please

I have ordered the belt after watching TV Ad. ofTeleshoping on[protected] and received it on 28/1/2017 in Jaipur (Raj.) along with invoice no. on TV Show the person advertised that the product cost is 2990/- in market it is promotional scheme we provide only in 1590/- and also one belt free.after receiving the belt the product cost only 1590/- is printed on the box and price for this only for two belts.

Within a few hours the belt tore off from the side, even the threads are comes out of the belts. The quality of the belt is very worst/poor. We have tried to complain to the company on their call numbers [protected]/[protected], they simply hung the phone repeatedly and refused to file our complaint. Even the contact numbers provided on the invoice is wrong & also the email ID.

This is a fraud company giving its ads in the TV.
My personal request to all TV company to please stopped air their ads, since by showing their ads you are also doing a crime & playing to the faith as well as money of the people. This will spoil the image of your TV Channel.

I have book sweet slim belt 27.01.17 received dated 29.01.17
But have replace the product compliant on mobile number [protected] dt.29.01.17, 06.02.17, 12.02.17 telephonic talk with mr. rakesh jain & shweta singh for replace this product. they told me replace this product wthin 2-3 days but still date i have no placement of this product. some time refuse the my complaint, call not allowed, not attend the call etc. i will talk again dt.22.02.17 to rakesh jain for replace this product.

It is ridiculous to find myself amidst the mess of these retailer consumer mess.
I happened to see the ad in DTH and wished to have the great product. I called and was answered swiftly, the order was taken and also was delivered in time.
But the trouble started thereafter. I found the belts quitter bigger in size than I ordered and were of no use for me.
I tried to contact on their number[protected] and some one answered. He listened to my problem and assured that it will be replaced in no time.
I am still waiting. No replacement and no one lifts the call on to the number either.
I wish some action be taken against such defaulters. And the TV Channels displaying such ads be more responsible.

Belt on 23.01.17
Received two belts "XL and 2XL as written on cover" but packets when opened found different size of 4XL. Company gives false promises to exchange. Called 100 times till date but in vain, now stopped.
Company and its products are fraud. NO SWEAT COMES. Rs 1, 890 simply wasted. It was my fault to buy without visiting the site prior. HEMALATA SATAVALEKAR [protected]

I have purchased the sweet slim belt on 02/01/2017 through naaptol against rs, 1890/-. The product was marketed and supplied by m/s jain enterprises of jaipur and purchased through shree laxmi enterprises, jaipur vide cash memo no 3503 dt. 02/01/2017.
After using 3/4 days the belt has opened from joints. It is very poor quality. I want to return back the product. I want to contact customer care of jain enterprises, jaipur but no body received my call.
Kindly arrange to return the poor quality of product and arrange my refund.

I was told by the delivery boy that if the product is not effective or defective the same shall be replaced or amount will be refunded if the complaint is made within 15 days.I'm trying to reach out to the company over phone but the are not taking my call.Today, also I have tried to call the Customer care number but after hearing that I have purchased and want to complain they disconnected. I received a sweat slim belt on 24/10/2016 ordered influenced by tv advertisement marketed by jain enterprises, 54, c. Nagar, new sang road, jaipur (Raj). I have paid rs.1590/- for goods and rs.300/- vide retailthere's no invoice detaildated 24/10/2016 issued by shree laxmi enterprises (Courier service), shop no.:41, durga das colony, minawala, vaisali margm, jaipur-301020. They give me in offer buy one get one free but the size is l and its too small how can healthy person wear, also the product is not working as show in tv. Its not ork as i accepted. Also they send me onl size how can be used.

I ordered the sweat slim belt and received it on 15/09/2016 in pune, maharashtra. Within five day the belt tore off from the middle. The quality of the belt is pathetic. Moreover when we tried to complain to the company, they simply hung the phone repeatedly and refused to file our complaint. on 18.9.2016 they register my complaint and stil no reply. pl replace mi both belt otherwise i will file a fraud case on company giving its ads in the TV. It should be stopped from airing their ads.

We have seen the ad of this sweat slim belt some days before and order over phone immediately after seeing the ad. The order after four - five days has been received by us and we have paid a sum of rs 1890/- (Including shipping charges of rs 299/- for the product to the delivery boy). But when we have used it for two-three days we find it not effective as it was guaranteed in the ad by seeing which we have purchased it. Again in the ad we have seen that company declares a scheme of buy one and get one free. But when we have opened the parcel after receiving, we saw that one big size and one small size belt is there.in case of buy one get one free option. Company has to give similar products in all respect to meet the criteria of buy one and get one free.

I ordered and received this swear and slim belt and found it defected. Zero quality and total waste of money. I immediately placed complaint and they didnt give any complaint number... But asked me to wait for next 48 hours and some person told me that no refund will be done and some other candidate apologize and told me that they have lodge the complaint and the refund will be done and their complaint dept will call back again in 48 hours,,, and now 3 days have been passed and no call received. Today i dialed their number so many times and they are not giving and response.
Please help me how i can get the refund of my 2000 inr.
