I had seen in old an called they said it's courier business they said they will send joining letter an they have it is written that for each delivery u will get 600rs an will send cust details to u we will send parcel u shud give to cus they forced me to make they payment by cinvincing me t an asked make a payment so i made 20000 paymentin indusland bank in karkana secunderabad to sky home teleshopping on 7th may 2019 they have sent parcel but no cust name an contact no now they are not lifting the callso i want to raise a co

I am order this belt from viewing advertisement on television dated 20/10/2017 for "l" size and packet is received next day by courier dated 21/10/2017 at 17:00 hrs & payment this packet for rs 1900 to courier boy. I open this packet two belt is available one size "xxl" too much loose not usable & 2nd size "l" this size just wear after 10 minuts teared from front.

I am many call to tv teleshop customer care for replacement this both belt but no any response from there site, phone disconnected always. I am feeling just cheat me.

I am reported by mail to this mail id : [protected]@gmail.com dated 22/10/2017 at 11:27 am for immediate replacement this sweat slim belt but no any reply this mail.

I purchased this product thinking that it will work in the month of January, It is a Fake product - does not work at all.

Inspite of asking for XXXL size belt, the size is not correct. The belt does not work at all. After wearing it for almost an hour - there is absolutely no sweat and they are saying you will sweat in 10 minutes. Just fooling public. please do not buy.

I have spent Rs.1900/- for the same. I am awaiting my refund money for the same.

Worst Product - do not every buy it. I purchased this belt for Rs. 1590 + Rs. 290 courier charges size XXXL which was received by me. But the belt did not fit me and also the product was useless as there was no sweat coming even after putting on for 1 hour. I had immediately telephoned them to make the complaint for refund. Till date, there is no response nor replacement .

When you try to contact one telephone. They just hear you and disconnect.
They are fooling public.

I have just purchased this slim belt after seeing advert. on TV . The size in spite of giving weight ( XXXL) does not fit me. I immediately complained and I made my husband wear it for - there was absolutely no sweat coming on the stomach. Sheer waste of money. I have asked for a refund.

had ordered a slim shaper...which I recieved of a wrong size on which I asked for an exchange on 28th of march..after that I kept on calling their complaint no...( sometimes they would take the call and somtimes regularly call for 2 to3 days) only a date was specified..after waiting for the dt... again the same process of calling would go on... lately I came to know that my parcel is in transit... Can 't believe from last 2 months my parcel is in the transit.. to which they have no details no courier number...fresh orders are delivered in 2 to 3 days only exchange orders go in transit... i[censored]r running a fake company...then just lock it... because u have no answers to our questions... u only open your mouth and eat peoples money... u are not worth believing. all that i know is u will not have guts on answering me back.so u fake people... send my order back or return my money back...or i may go through all legal ways i need too... and please take it seriously.

We have placed an order from Iraq, vide order no. 604820 dated 25/5/2014 through my credit card and the payment was processed by the bank on 3rd Jun'14, after we sent them the identity proofs for INR5, 300/-. We have been calling them almost every day and after a number of days they give us the tracking number as ED[protected]IN through Speed Post wherein when we track it doesn't give us the full information. After many ISD calls, we have never been given any response and the teller callers are so rude that they bang the telephone and tell us that they will call back, which they never do. I ordered Roop amrit cream on 18th feb which I received on 3d of March, 2014 which was Roop Saundrya.I just made a cal on the number mentioned on the site and the person was behaving so rudely that can not be explained, I again contacted on another number where they have mention 24*7 service and again the same person picked up the phone and insulted me.I even told him that this is not the right way to speak with a lady and especially who is your customer and he shouted and cut the cal. my order no is 200067. Ordered magic bullet from telesky online. On receiving i found damaged juicer, on that very evening i called the service support for the replacement of juicer. They replied that it would be replaced within 3 days. Now it is more than a week, no one is responding at site, on phone calls. The attitude of customer service is very annoying as they are either not responding calls or disconnecting the calls.

This is with extreme surprise that we received the Building fiber liquid and fiber fake bottles which were packed in original looking box. We have been using this product for last two years and we know that original product has brown color bottles for liquid and fiber, but when we received it we found white bottle for liquid and small size brown bottles.

We logged the complaint immediately and asked to give the original replacement product. The complaint number given to us is IN501301.

We have been following up with the status and whenever we talk to helpline we receive lot of strange question as people say how you say it is fake. I talked to building fiber company directly and they told me that there is no packing change as still their product is with brown bottle packing.

Also each original box should be sealed pack and should have instractuon guide inside it but the box we received was opened and not even having instruction guide. When I told to your helpline representative, he told me “why you need instruction guide as you are already using it” . What absurd question it is, does it mean that they will open box and take out instruction guide.

I need you pay serious attention to it and get the product replaced with original bottles, or return our money. If it is not getting resolved to our satisfaction we will be force to go to consumer court.

Hi, My order number is #601975. I ordered it online using neft after discussing with Mr Abhishek. The order is still not delivered. When i call up Mr Abhishek he does not pick up the call. I called customer care num and i was being told that i will get a call back in 4-5 mins. No one called me back. The customer care num is always busy. Can you please let me know if you have any plans to deliver the product or i should just assume my 999/- bucks are gone?

Since than i am trying to reach him on his mobile every time the phone is picked by one or the other person who claims that he is not in office they provide another contact no wherein I had to call to log a complaint, repeatedly I am trying to contact they but they are not reachable or not picking the call.
