I have ordered your sweat slim belt but it didn't worked so i called your customer care number but yet no reply for my refund look to it as soon as possible. I have used it for 7 days but it didn't work and customer care don't even talk properly just cut call and nothing much. I got it on 30 july and after that i used it for 7 days but no use can no reply from them

Per bar bar call karne per bhi complain nhi suni ja rahi, company no. Se kai bar sweat slim belt exchange karne ko bola. But company ka koi response nahi mila. My consumer id[protected], santosh kumar singh. Every time the delivery boy name arul is demanding extra money.. Me and my wife fed of that. Yesterday they demanded 50 rs extra after a lot of conversation i paid him 25 rs extra. He thretned me that he will not deliver in future. So at last i am filling a complain here, requested to take action on that.

I am an indane customer from the gajanana enterprises. Everytime i have an issue with the agent delivering the cylinder... He comes to deliver at any unstiputaled time and argues for not being at home... He talks very rude to me and fights... Please take action. I am at hsr layout 1st sector...

I have booked a cylinder refilling before 15 days itself and till now i have not got the cylinder. And if i check the stautus through call to ivrs number it says alredy delivered. There are so many complaints aginst this agency still these employee seems to be cool and only we customers suffer to get a cylinder running behind them all the time. Why are these kind of peoples even sit there in the name of work and screw all o[censored]s. Atlest if these complaints can be taken it would be great help to all the indane customers.

Gas agency - gajanana entreprises, indane gas distribtors, 30 - b, 16th main road, 4th block. Koramangala, bangalore - 560034 Ph[protected], 25533166, 25539283 My consumer number is ge 86265. Complaint against the above mentioned agency for the following reasons :- 1. Gas booked and without being delivery shows 'delivered' status 2. The delivery boy asks for extra money to the tune of 30-40 rupees above the billed amount every time he delivers. 3. The demeanor of the delivery boys are gunda like who threaten they will not deliver to my residence anymore if i don't pay additional amount. 4. They agency representatives endorse the additional payment or say collect from agency directly. 5 the agency representatives say they will leave the gas cylinder with the apartment guard. With no signature required from the consumer or entry in the gas book. 5 the agency says collect the gas from the gate (My apartment has a lift facility to deliver at door step.) 6. Impolite demeanor, agency representatives banged the phone down when asked her name and manager phone number for escalation. On calling several times finally received the managers name and number - nayak[protected]. 7. Go do what you can attitude, nothing will change their stand Please help resolve the following 1. Threatening tendency of the delivery boys, 2. Falsely claiming the gas is delivered in order that the consumer comes to the agency and collect themselves 3. Failure to deliver at residence when the delivery location is within 4 kms and freely accessible 4.. Negligence of this gas agency to take corrective measures in spite of repetitive complaints. I feel threatened for life and intimated when these delivery boys behave i sch manner. Request that a consumer should be given an option to change the gas agency or book at another agency. This will make the agency conscious if they want to retain the consumer and want to continue the business.

I am deepak kumar bearing indane lpg customer no - 93654 and subscription no - [protected]. Distributor name of lpg cylinder is gajanana enterprises, #30b, 16th main road, 4th block, koramangala, bangalore-560034, karnataka. I booked the cylinder on 23rd jan 2015, with booking reference no - 315035 and generated cash memo - [protected]. The subsidy amount of rs. 568.00 has been credited in aadhar card linked bank account. But the cylinder has not been delivered till date. I tried to contact the distributor office but no action has been taken yet. Please do the needful.

Ioc gas agency in koramangala - gajanana has not delivered the lpg cylinder for last 2 months. Even though cash memo - 6343 is raised on 8th january (Sms received), cylinder is not delivered against my booking 561256 (Connection account no - 37037) so far....

Iam indane gas consumer. My customer number is 88055, a person from gajanana enterprise delivered lpg cylider on 7/7/2011 cost of 415 rs i gave him 500/ and immediately he asked me can u give me 15 rs change icame back and gave him 20rs he returned me only 5rs and the moment i realised that he didnot gave me 100rs he flew away i called his agency they told me they will sent him back but he never get back to me i tried couple...

This is with regard to the poor supply of lpg cylinders in our area. The concerned gas agency has consistently delayed in supply of lpg cylinders. We, the consumers are always assured of supply with in 3 days but still there has been no response. If there is delay and when we follow up, they respond to us saying that delivery will be done by today evening. Ultimately, we end up getting cylinder by 10 days.

Also we have come across certain allegations that cylinders are supplied illegally to hotels, although i cannot vouch for this. But seeing their delay, it seems that something fishy going on with this agency.

Next time when we have to book for another gas cylinder, we are told that there has to be a gap of 20/25 days after the first booking. Under these circumstance, it becomes difficult for us to deal with this agency.

Hence i request you to take action against this agency and ensure proper supply.
