Galactic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. — i'm complaining about data entry job fraud and blackmail

Sir, i got a call on 25th june 2020 from this number ([protected]) about a data entry job where i have to fill 700 forms in 6 days and submit them. They asked me to send a picture of my adhaar card in the same number via whatsapp. After that they asked me to give my email id. After i gave the information they disclosed that they have some terms and conditions that is i have to use only one up address and mainly if fail to submit all the forms i have to pay 3999 rupees as a penalty. I disagreed with this condition as anything can happen my computer may have any problem, powercut anything. So i decided not to take the job and told them so. But now they are saying that i have to pay the 3999 rupees otherwise they will take legal action against me. I am just a student please help.
