Myself mrs. Vaishali ashok mandke after giving wrong oral information from the staff decided to enter in to the contract on condition of depositing rs. 5000/- to be paid by me on account of deposit only.
As i have decided to reject the contract within 15 stipulated period i was refused to get refund of rs. 5000/-which was asked to be paid on account of deposit only. By saying that unless i complete 2000 accurate forms i will not get refund of the my own amount againt deposit
I am really surprised after hearing the same. And asked to the concerned to tell me the meaning of deposit. What is the meaning of deposit?
I was not properly answered for the same. And i was shown the agreement signed by me (Totally wrong information was provided to me before signing the agreement clauses of the agreement are completely different then what i was told orally. I strongly feel that galaxy data services is trying to cheat me by not refunding my own amount now they are showing me the agreement in which thy have mentioned such a clause which was never told to me before signing.
