Galderma India — Cetaphil cleanser pump and acne issue

The product was stored in cold moderate temp and i am using cetaphil from last 1 year i have never faced an issue but in this 1l pack i have used v less in this i am facing the issue of pump and acne now i was connected with the support team on call they said dont worry will provide a resolution v quick so i req galderma to pls replace or refund bcz iam fed up of this. so i can switch to cera ve i have 250 ml 500ml and 1l pack of cetaphils i have 250 ml box too
never ever faced an issue but now in this 1l pack i am facing issue
