The product was stored in cold moderate temp and i am using cetaphil from last 1 year i have never faced an issue but in this 1l pack i have used v less in this i am facing the issue of pump and acne now i was connected with the support team on call they said dont worry will provide a resolution v quick so i req galderma to pls replace or refund bcz iam fed up of this. so i can switch to cera ve i have 250 ml 500ml and 1l pack of cetaphils i have 250 ml box too
never ever faced an issue but now in this 1l pack i am facing issue

    I have been using your product Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for long time I have ordered the same product with 500 ml ago a month and I found it very bad it smelling very bad and colour is changed Here I am complaining about this product look into this this is not the good service and I should be refunded for this. It's very serious issue.

      I have used epiduo gel which was prescribed by doc but this gel has had very adverse skin reaction with red rashes and irritation all over my face and now my face has turned red with blisters and puffiness and literally burning

        Hi,

        I'm writing to bring to your attention that i bought "nail lacquer (Galderma)" two weeks ago from local chemist. When i saw in the morning to apply on the nail, medicine was dried.

        I went to the local chemist where i bought the same, he clearly told me that we will not replace it. Company will replace the same.
        I request you to replace this as soon as possible.

        Expiry date is 12/2021.

        Import licenso no :- ff[protected].

          Dear Sir/Madam, I had applied for PF transfer from AC THTHA[protected] to KDMAL[protected] which is my current PF account no.After getting so much follow up for almost 1 Year Galderma Pvt Ltd had approve my Transfer form but as i confirmed with Thane PF office they said that amount is transfer to Bank account no [protected] which is not mine and belong to Kandivali office. but when i try to talk to kandivli office they said we don't know any thing please check at your end. and i don't understand what is my end because everyone said that they have done there work. so, where should i go.
