Galgotia College Of Engineering And Technology — not refunding 1st year fee deposited at time of counselling despite of allotment of other college in next round of counselling

Deposited 112103/- as fee at time of counselling on date 27/7/2017. In 5th round of AKTU my ward got other college. As per rule college should have refunded the fee in 15 days. They are not refunding the same. They are holding similar fees of 50 plus students illegally. I wrote to UPTU Vice Chancellor as well but no results. Mr Arora, Director finance gives excuses all the time that chancellor / Owner Dhruv Galgotia is not signing the cheques. Requesting to AKTU VC, Anti Corruption Cell, Income Tax Office Noida, UGC, AICTE, Ministry of HRD to intervene and prohibit such corrupt practices and suggest the college to refund the fee immediately which they are holding illegally and enjoying interest on a huge sum.
