I have completed my btech in 2015 but college is not giving my degree and other certificate he is saying for money and I am in very big trouble .I have not money please help me.

I submitted withdrawal refund application on[protected] vide application # 2019-20/c9/cc/tf/844 for my child in account section of galgotia college of engineering and technology. Her admission no is 19gcebcs143. We are informed to wait until sep 2019 to get fess refund. When i visited to account office where mr g s arora (Account section head) informed that it will take some more time and then every moth i regularly visiting until last week on 28th feb 2020 where mr g s arora told me that there is no instructions for refund.
Let me know if ever refund is possible from gcet otherwise if i will report to aktu, lucknow complaints and grievance section about the delay in refund and unnecessary harassments i am frustrated with repeated visits for refund to galgotia college of engineering's account section.

Deposited 112103/- as fee at time of counselling on date 27/7/2017. In 5th round of AKTU my ward got other college. As per rule college should have refunded the fee in 15 days. They are not refunding the same. They are holding similar fees of 50 plus students illegally. I wrote to UPTU Vice Chancellor as well but no results. Mr Arora, Director finance gives excuses all the time that chancellor / Owner Dhruv Galgotia is not signing the cheques....

At the time of admission to my B.Tech, I had submitted Rs 10000 as security amount (caution money) on 10/09/2009, which should be returned to me after completion of my course as per rule .But now college is not returning this security amount .

Security Money not Returned

Hi,

I am M.B.A. passout from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology Greater Noida in year 2009. My caution money of amount Rs. 6000/- is pending with college and they are not giving it back.
I have completed all the formalities but still they always say the Cheque is ready but not signed by the Chairman. How much time does it take to sign cheques? I have send e-mails also to Chairman, CEO, director. But i still not received any reply.
I have heard that even 2007 passouts have not received the caution money. This is the worst behaviour from a institute. I want my money back !!!!!!!!
