Gameloft — customer service issues

Hi, the complaint is against gameloft. This is in regards to blueprints available in the asphalt 8 mobile game to collect and assemble a vehicle. I have some 18-19 blueprints that vanished & only 13 left. Gameloft is not ready to return or compensate them, just because they're charging real money for that vehicle in the game. It's pending since july 20 (102 days).
I had as many as 30-40 email communication with the customer service team. All i am getting is nonsense apologies, empathies and request to be patient.
