Gameloft — Nokia 105 not receiving games codes to unlock pre-installed games

I recently purchased a Nokia 105 which has 10 pre-installed games, Snake being the only free game. I have tried to buy the other games for my son to play however we have not received the unlock codes after several attempts. I paid extra credit onto his Lebara sim plus have Google Pay but have not noted any payment transactions either. Please help as my son is desperate to play on his new phone, which he received for his birthday! Thanks.
