I've purchased in app product for a limited period purpose from Gameloft's asphalt 8, i've raised query on Fb tweeter n email but not even a single response from Gameloft team has been received in past 3 days .
Ticket ID : 16250659 has been received, purachase has cost me time n money both and now Gameloft's team is not responding to any query, kindly look into this so that companies won't cheat with people's money like this.

I was a regularly paid customer of asphalt 8 game of gameloft, but few days ago they banned me from the game telling me that i habe cheated, but i have done nothing wrong and i always olay fair but they are not listening to me and when i ask for the money refund that i have invested in the game, they say no to me
