[Resolved]  Gameloot.in — not refunded money for cancelled prepaid order

I had prepaid Rs. 649 for a product called NFS shift 2 unleashed ps3 (preowned) and cancelled the order a day after.
I checked my account and they say they have refunded me my amount and even after emailing them twice they haven’t replied me back about the refund update hence forth putting forth my complaint.
I expect my money to be refunded nothing else!
