Games Kharido Lite — Made payment but didn't received any service

I have purchased Freefire diamonds worth Rs 760 from there website but I didn't received any diamond in my Freefire account. They took my money and now they are not giving any service. I tried to contact them via email support, watsapp and many more but I didn't received any reply. They are ignoring me by taking my money. Hence I want refund.
