Hi all,

Yesterday evening while playing they have suspended my account. When i tried to reach them over the support number it is not allowing me to reach them and a message came back to my inbox saying my account was suspend and asking me to drop an email to [protected]@rummyculture.com

I have dropped an email to them and asked the for the reason where i violated the terms and conditions. They just reverted back to me with the below messages.

Am i look like a fool to them, they freezed my balance which is around 11000. Unable to withdraw the amount. Still, there is no proper response from them. I need a valid reason. I'm sure i have not done any fraudulent activities.
