Gamma Fitness : Gym Equipment Manufacturer — cancellation request unanswered and no reply from company representative

I ordered my product on 24th july 2020 (Order id :[protected] and then i gave them a call as i wanted to know about the delivery times. The lady on the other end replied very casually that it will take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and then will try to deliver it in another 7 days.

I searched for some local manufacturer and found one who was ready to deliver the product within a week so i tried to cancel my product on 25th july

First of all they do not have any option to cancel the order on their website (https://www.gammagym.com) so i raised a request using the "raise a complaint button" and then gave a call to the same customer care number ([protected]) and the lady said that "to cancel your order please call our sir mr shivam"

I called on his number which he answered very rudely and asked to message the order details on watsapp. I did the same.

I did not receive any confirmation on watsapp after that.

I tried messaging them multiple times.
I even left a few emails.
I left my query on the chat option on their website.
I tried calling mr shivam again but he did not answer
I tried calling the customer care but even they did not answer.
I left multiple messages on their customer care number but they remain unanswered.

It has been 13 days now they have my money. They do not reply to my messages no do they answer my calls.
