Fraud Company run by a cheat Shivam chauhan. They will take your order and your payment through their website but not deliver the product. The owner, Shivam Chauhan, will stop taking your calls and if you're lucky to catch him on a call, will give a lame excuse saying it's either a holiday, or that he is working on your order or will outright lie to you that he has shipped the order. It's been 25 days since I placed my order of gym equipment. I ordered through his website and made the payment. He stopped picking up my calls. He has been giving lame excuses such as being on a holiday, driving to his factory etc. He has been saying that my order is shipped since the past week but is refusing to share the courier receipt or the tracking number. Be careful and avoid ordering from his website. His website has pretty nice pictures of gym equipment but if you end up ordering, you are not going to get your products our your money back. Do not assume that this is like a reputable and branded e-commerce like Amazon. It is completely fake and you will end up loosing your money. finally the product arrived after delay of 90+ days and what an UTTER and ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!! and I am CHEATED! I wish I could write that in BOLD and in RED COLOR. After paying 90k, I didn't receive the items as promised. There is no option to upload pictures on Youtube, if not I would have shared the product pictures. My local welder will do a better job.
Because of people like you, customers find it hard to trust 'Made in India' items. Respect has to be earned
Here are the worst things -
1. The person (don't want to take the name), says I'm like a brother to him and will give the best, professional quality. You cheated your brother dude!
2. The promised preacher curl with incline/decline bench was not sent. I paid 90k!
3. One of the main support rode welding was torn!...Can you believe a welded joint being split. This shows the quality of the welding.
4. The metal/material used is so thin and flimsy
5. None of the welding joints are smoothened. Its crooked, rough, so AMATEURISH!
6. The weight blocks, they PROMISED it will be metal blocks...its filled with SAND! waste of money
7. The pull bars and triceps bars are rusted and hollow pipes of worst quality
8. Some of the items are bent, torn, worn out
9. The pulley's are the most low cost, plastic ones
10. The floor mats that was sent had foot prints and slipper prints and absolutely dusty
11. I had asked them to paint everything in black. They painted on the already painted red color and the red are still visible
GAMMA, have decency to respond to the calls. All you do is put a SMS reply saying "I'll call later".
BTW, I can't even put comments on Amazon, coz it's blocked
TO WHOMSOEVER THIS MAY CONCERN - I beg you guys NOT TO BUY FROM GAMMA.

Total fraud hai yeh... Merr bhi paise maar ke baita hai... More than one year arround 38k
I ordered products worth over 200k and, after 40 days, finally received it. They took 40k advance and wanted me to pay the full amount before they shipped.
But I denied it and almost fought and agreed that I would pay in full once I received the tracking id from his side.
Mr Shivam, the dealer, video-called me from his factory to show that my products were in the making. But I still wasn't sure coz you can video call anyone and show any product, it doesn't prove anything.
I still can't say if he is a scammer or a genuine dealer; maybe my order was too big, so he felt it was safe to send me the products. Otherwise, I would take big legal action as the amount is huge
. Maybe when the order value is 50-100k, he plans and scams?
Whatever the case be, guys, stay careful and think thrice before giving your hard-earned money to anyone.
Keep in mind if dealers like this, take the money and don't send the product. There is nothing you can do.
I faced a RS 400 scam last year from another dealer named Nitin Katyal, so don't trust anyone unless you are sure.
Note: I faced some manufacturing defects like the bench alignment had some issues and hooks were missing in the multifunctional machine.
Also. I got PBC weight stacks, but I was promised fiber stacks. The dealer did send me 3-4 extra weights because some were damaged.
Overall I am happy, the machine is functioning well, and I was not scammed, but when dealing with such manufacturers directly, it's always risky.
