I am disappointed at the exorbitant rate at which you have charged me. I will never ever think of hiring your cab from the airport. You guys are taking undue advantage from public and do this "peak pricing" drama and loot us. I had good opinions about Ola but I have to change my views.

In similar fashion you charged "peak pricing" from me for my ride on 3.4.16 from Chennai report. What kind of peak pricing at 1 pm in day time? Please look into
