Ganesan Adhimoolam — Cancellation of study material purchase from byju's

I had been purchased byjus study material for my daughter K.G.Vohviasri who is studying 7th std .the order confirmation done on 14th Jan 21 and tab received by 16th Jan 21. My daughter attended the byjus classes for 10 days and she was not able to understand the video lesson since it is too fast and the language concern and she didn't like to continue. Thereafter I registered my cancellation request on 27th Jan'21 through email [protected]@byjus.com, but so far my request has not been processed and purposely making delay. Now I have my first EMI due on 7th Feb'21 and Finance from AVANSE is urging to pay the EMI. Since I have lodged my cancellation request within timeline of refund policy of Byjus, treat this on high priority and resolve immediately.
