I have purchased Byju's subscription by paid Rs 54000, but I want to disconnect their services within 15 days. As per policy they have to refund me full amount. After so much calls and email, they email me and mention that they transferred Rs. 25105 and given the CMS id: CMS[protected] on 18th Dec 2023. Still, I didn't received money, and they also didn't reply on this.

I Ashutosh Dwivedi had bought a UPSC IAS course through byjus but in 12 days i got that the course was not what i was looking for my optional so i cancelled it and got the refcund and requested for my loan cancellation also but still it is pending with them for 8 months and no one is replying to me on that, because of which my CIBIL score has depreciated 130 points.

I have cancelled Byjus subscription on 07 March, 2023. The team asked me to wait for a month to get EMI cancelled. But in October ₹590 rupees were debited 16 times as ACH RTN CHRG i.e, ₹9, 440. Then I got to know that loan is still active.
When I contacted salesperson, Dilli Prasad,

On 12th Feb we took Byju's online course for my daughter studying in X but cancelled the admission on February 23 which is within 15 days. Byju's mentor told within 15 days we can cancel the course and money will be refunded. So we returned the Byuju's Tab and bag and we received deposit amount Rs 7000. for remaining amount Byju's team had given loan for Rs 28000 from ABFL which is still active.
