This is to inform that I had joined the CAT course in 2023 in BYJU'S where I agreed to have installments but after 2 months of installment. I had taken up byjus classes for grade 8, 9 and 10. Now i am not able to access the grade 10 videos. No help available online and offline. How to proceed?

Its the most crucial part of the course. We have shelled in so much of money on this believing the firm! Its so unfair from the company's side that we are not given any kind of help and have abruptly shut down.
Either refund my amount or activate the classes....

My daughter joined Byju's team in the month Feb 2024 and this time your representative was saying to fix schedules for 4 or 5 classes every week and also weekly tests on every Sunday without any excuse. But I have seen no single weekly test taken by your team till date, and no positive response with online classes, even hardly 3 classes managed by byjus without any teacher.
Please suggest us positively.

Since, last year I have been unable to access the course that I had paid for, the SD card seems to not be working, I am unable to login and access the videos. It was resolved for a couple of weeks and lasted for awhile, before it went back to the old way, hence, the problems still persists. I have been unable to contact the support team as the numbers no longer exist and are unreachable. I demand accountability. Either by resolution of the problem by reaching out and enabling the course as soon as possible, or refund what's due, 2 years worth of money (₹48k) that has been cheated from us!

I'm a class 12 student who enrolled in BYJU'S online NEET batch in class 11 for academic years[protected]. Since October classes are offline, their helpline and customer care numbers are unresponsive. Full fees has been paid, but services have not been provided. Printed books have been paid for, but undelivered till date, and they say it's complementary, we don't have resources at the moment to print and send. Now my exam sare approaching and I'm feeling nervous. Can someone please help me out. Probably try to get us a refund because I come from a poor background. Dear Sir,
With due respect, I am telling you that Byjus tablet is not working and worksheet not received yet. I tried to call customer service several times but no answer, Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
My daughter enroll on 21/08/2022 as Byjus TLP for 4 years for Rs 69000/-. First year they provide everything and service was good but from second year till now they did not provide anything (like worksheet, mentor etc ) after that byjus tablet is also not working . I have tried contact several time to byjus customer service but no hope.
kindly give me the solution.

I had enrolled my child, Master Aradhya, in Byju’s 2-Year Foundation + JEE (11 & 12 Standard) online live classes. The full course fee of Rs. 137, 775 was paid on 24th July 2023. However, since last year, the online classes have stopped without any updates. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I have received no response or resolution. We find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Since the services promised have not been delivered, we request a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest.

I got my daughter enrolled as a student in online for Byju's classes in the class 9, 10, but from class 9 onwards the classes got stopped and no communication has been made from there side, whenever calling no respond has been made from there side, I have paid 50000 for the 2 years course, I sincerely request to refund back my remaining amount.

I have already requested for the refund but no response from their end. Attached the email for your reference with order details. kindly help us to get refund. It will use for my kid education fees.

Extremely Disappointed with Byju's NEET Program!

I enrolled my daughter in BYJU'S 4-year NEET program with high expectations, but unfortunately, the quality of teaching has been subpar. Despite repeated attempts to reach out for assistance and access study materials, we’ve received no response and are unable to access crucial resources like practice question papers.

This is not the level of service we were promised. As a parent, I feel frustrated and let down by a brand that claims to prioritize education.

I got my daughter enrolled as a student in online Aakash + Byju's classes in the class 8, 9, 10, but from class 9 onwards the classes got stopped and no communication has been made from there side, whenever calling no respond has been made from there side, I have paid nearly 85000 for the 3 years course, I sincerely request to refund back my remaining amount....

I have been trying to connect with your cancellation department from last 12 months to cancel my course. But still there is no response from your cancellation team. Everytime they told me that you will get a call back from the cancellation team within 2 hrs, 24 hrs, 72 hrs but I never get a single call from your cancellation team. I can't understand what I am supposed to do. I tried over call, email everything to connect your cancellation team but no response.

When I call your customer care number, some of your agents tell me that your loan is cancelled, some of told that you have not apply for cancel so we can't cancel it, some of told me that on our system it shows that you applied for cancellation on december all the previous data have been vanished.

I want a loan for my family but in my bank account it is showing that one loan is pending, so they can't allow me for another one. My civil is also going down.

Please I am begging you to consider my request on priority and help me needful.

Earlier I was facing issue in accessing for some notes of the chapter, and after an year I thought there will be atleast recorded classes but now the recorded classes has also removed from this app and from last 4-5 days I am unable to open app itself it says server is down. When I checked on telegram one of the tutor's channel he mentioned that they had stopped mentoring for some govt exams including ssc and railways. I want my one year's refund, since there is no classes going to happen from now on. And the people are keep sending messages on what's app saying that they have some offer going on in some particular course to some of the students..and when they asked abt the one they bought already those people will say it has stopped for a while but soon they will start again. We want justice

We had registered my daughter for an online class from LKG to class 3
Currently, she is in class 2, half term has been over and she has not yet received the package for class 2
We tried reaching their number and nothing is working. Sent email as well

We paid Whitehat Jr. for Advanced coding classes on 11th February 2024, but they cheated us and classes never happened. We paid them in full and now no one is responding to our emails, Classes are not happening, teachers are not working as they did not receive their salaries.
We sent emails to Whitehat Jr. team for refunding our money back, but no response received till date.
Whitehat Jr. is a fraud company. We want our money...

I had completed the total payment before 23 Aug 2023 by ECS and got NOC.
But Byjus sent every month EMI SMS to my mobile number . Byjus says that is technical issue No problem.
But after one year on 08/10/24 Byjus taken ₹6413 from my TMB account .
I Verify and complaint to TMB bank.

Kindly solve this issue and recredit my money to my account.
