Dear sir, 4 days back booked your ride in advance - from walkeshwar to guru ganesh hall at sion [ mumbai] while it has confirmed charges from rs. 219 to 249/-. Today, cab arrived in time. While reached to sion at destination, driver told to pay rs. 381/- Very much surprised - it is almost double charges hiked - unbelievable!!! We had tried to book through ola - who had quoted from 239 to 249/- since it was higher side, cancelled the booking and booked through uber for rs. 219/- to 249/-. Please grant me cashback offer immediately. The charges are very much higher side - we will not book anymore and also advice my friends not to book / ride through uber - as they are quoted 219/- and charged rs. 381/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
